Katie’s PERFECT DAY
My alarm clock goes off at 6:00am and I promptly jump out of bed. The first thing I need to do is
solidcore followed by a large cup of almond milk latte.
Once I am awake, I get to work on planning Alix Earle and Jacob Elordi’s wedding in Queenstown, New Zealand.
This wedding is going to be blissful! The bride is wearing Danielle Frankel, carrying a beautiful bouquet of peonies and will walk down the aisle to Invisible Song by Tayler Swift.
At the reception, they will serve chicken tenders and chocolate chip cookies. Their signature drink will be a margarita.
This is going to be a fairy tale wedding, just like in He’s Just Not That Into You! After finishing some final details on the wedding, I am off to lunch with my mom & dad at Goode Co Cantina. I spend the rest of my afternoon either reading n/a, browsing @enneagramexplained instagram account, shopping online at Madewell or binge watching The Office.
Tonight, I am putting on my purple Parke Mockneck, grabbing my water bottle and headed to the Texan’s Game with my fiance, Dylan.
And when the day is over, I am so fulfilled because this was the most perfect day.

Hey there!
My name is Katie Jensen, I am a University of Houston graduate with a degree in Global Hospitality. I grew up in the hospitality and event industry, shaped by ownership and operation of hotels in Golden, Colorado, a café in New Zealand, and most recently an Inn in Yellowstone. The hospitality industry has always excited and interested me, growing up around these businesses gave me early, hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations, guest/client experience, and behind-the-scenes coordination that makes every aspect run successfully. I love to be in a fast paced environment and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly while supporting the broader team. Having worked across multiple aspects of the industry, I’ve developed a well-rounded perspective and a strong appreciation for efficiency, communication, and collaboration.
Outside of work, I love working out, spending time with my fiance Dylan and my family and my Westie Dexter. I’m especially happy to be at Belle Events, where I support potential clients, assist with event execution, and help ensure that daily office operations run smoothly!
