Madlibs with Chelsea

Chelsea’s PERFECT DAY

My alarm clock goes off at 5:30am and I slowly but surely jump out of bed. The first thing I need to do is
do a workout class followed by a large cup of coffee with vanilla almond milk.

Once I am awake, I get to work on planning Taylor Swift and Jacob Elordi’s wedding in Cabo San Lucas.

This wedding is going to be chic! The bride is wearing Monique Lhuillier, carrying a beautiful bouquet of tulips and will walk down the aisle to Daisies by Justin Bieber.

At the reception, they will serve Pepperoni Pizza and Chocolate cake. Their signature drink will be a spicy margarita.

This is going to be a fairy tale wedding, just like in She’s the Man! After finishing some final details on the wedding, I am off to lunch with my family at Latuli. I spend the rest of my afternoon either reading Eat What You Want, browsing @thedefineddish instagram account, shopping online at Quince or binge watching Schitt’s Creek.

Tonight, I am putting on my blue Agolde Jeans, grabbing my two perfect sons, William and Rivers and headed to the Los Tios with Forrest and our friends.

And when the day is over, I am so incredible because this was the most perfect day.

Hi there! I’m Chelsea and I feel so lucky to have the best job in the world. I absolutely love everything related to weddings, and really just party planning in general. I first got the sense that I would be a good planner when I was voted “Most Likely to Plan her Sorority’s 20 Year Reunion” in college. I love getting to know my clients on a personal level because it helps me connect with you and makes your event that much more special.

I was born and raised in Houston, went to Texas Christian University in Fort Worth for college (Go Frogs!), and then moved back home to start my career! I started in the event industry as an intern for another local planning company, which then led me to a five-year stint at a catering and event design company and helping to open up a brand-new venue in Houston. My background in the catering and the venue side of events helped me realize that I want to start that connection and be there for my client from the moment you get engaged to the second you leave your reception in your getaway car!

I love being on a team with such incredible, knowledgeable women who make this job so much fun every day. I love getting to work with totally different people with the common theme of making your wedding day absolutely perfect and special for you. I can’t wait to meet you!
